Solo exhibition at the Vernon Public Art Gallery – September 11-October 30, 2008 The exhibition Quiet Anger is a sculptural installation with a focus on social and political commentaries. The central theme of this exhibition is the artist’s concern about the state of globalization , and its effect on societies, politics, and the environment. Critiques of the increasingly prevalent sense of ‘entitlement’ for excessive extraction and consumption of natural resources and the secretive, and often brutal, political means of some governments, are just a few of the underlying themes addressed in the artwork.
